How the Kiosk Functions from a Student Perspective

This article pertains to users with all roles.

The Kiosk and Queue functions are designed to support the various campus departments and their unique student service needs.  The multiple configuration options allow you to customize the sign in screens and options the user is presented.  This tutorial video demonstrates an general overview of a Kiosk experience.

15 STEPS

1. Upon arrival at the Kiosk the user is prompted to Enter your Student ID.

2. Enter your Student ID

3. Click Sign In

4. Scroll and click here to join the queue

5. Scroll and click Schedule to schedule an appointment

6. Select a date

7. Select a location Ten Forward

8. Scroll down and click to select a reason

9. Scroll down and select a time

10. Complete intake form

11. Type Text Field and Press Tab

12. Type Meeting description

13. Click Telephone number

14. Click Schedule Appointment

15. That's it. You're done.
