How to Create a Template for an Early Alert Form (Tutorial)

This step-by-step tutorial demonstrates how to create an email template to be used during the early alert submission process. When issuing a proactive alert, the option to notify a student is available and a template for such can be selected.  

To complete these steps, users must have one of the following roles: ConexED Administrator - Institution Administrator - Department Director
