11 STEPS

1. Navigate to CRM & Cohort Center and click to open.

2. Click Recruitment Center to open.

3. Scroll down and click Task Rules to open.

4. A task rule automates the task creation process for all prospects based on a pipeline stage. Tasks assist recruiters with workflow priority and provide data regarding prospect engagement. Click Create Task Rule, to open the pop up window.

5. Within the Create Task Rule window, select the Pipeline Stage for this particular automated task being created from the drop down.

6. Next, add a Task Title. The title is staff facing and should be specific and concise. The recruiters have an option to view tasks individually on the prospect detail page, as well as in a cumulative list on their My Task page.

7. If needed, more specific details can be added in the Task Description field.

8. Use the drop down in the Due Date field, to select the number of days a recruiter has to complete the task. Recommended best practice is 5 to 10 business days. This allows a realistic timeframe for outreach during peak times.

9. Click Create Task Rule to save.

10. A confirmation message will appear. The task details display on the list below.
