How to Navigate the Recruitment Administrator Dashboard (Tutorial)
This step-by-step tutorial demonstrates how to Navigate the Admin Dashboard in the Recruitment Center.
To complete these steps, users must have one of the following roles: ConexED Administrator - Institution Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager

58 STEPS
1. The Recruitment Admin Dashboard enables higher education administrators to oversee student recruitment, monitor applicants and outreach efforts, and leverage data insights to enhance enrollment processes and outcomes.
2. To begin, login into ConexED, then select the CRM & Cohort Center tab.
3. Next, scroll down and select the Recruitment Center tab.
4. Scroll down and click the Admin Dashboard tab.
5. Set the Prospect Created Start date using the date selector.
6. Select the Prospect Created End date.
7. Clear the Activity Start date.
8. Clear the Activity End date.
9. Click Apply Filters to update dashboard data.
10. When clicking on the Total Prospects box admins are redirected to the All Prospective Students tab.
11. Click "New Prospects" to view performance insights and compare changes from the previous month.
12. This table displays detailed prospect information based on the selected date range. In this example, it shows new prospects added between February 1, 2026 and April 13, 2026.
13. Let's review how to navigate through the data table. Click the dropdown menu to adjust the number of entries displayed in the table.
14. Use the page buttons below the table to navigate through the data.
15. In this example, 25 entries are selected for display.
16. Use the arrows in the table headers to sort each column in ascending or descending order.
17. Click Copy to copy table data.
18. Click Print to print the table.
19. Click Download to export the data.
20. Click in the Search field.
21. Enter a student's name to filter results.
22. After reviewing the new prospect data for February 2026 through April 2026, click "Close" to exit the table.
23. Click Clear to reset filters.
24. Navigate to additional filter options, then click in the Attribute field to view the available attributes.
25. Select an attribute by clicking on it.
26. Enter a value in the Attributes field. Du is the value entered in the Attribute field.
27. Select a specific attribute option (e.g.,"Dual Enrollment").
28. Open the attribute dropdown menu by clicking inside the Attribute field. Select a specific attribute (e.g., "Signed FAFSA Consent").
29. Click on the dropdown Attribute Match Type.
30. Select All attributes.
31. Adjust the Activity Start date if needed.
32. Click Apply Filters.
33. Click the Enrolled section of the pipeline visualization to view a table of students who match the applied filters.
34. This table displays information for enrolled students based on the selected date range and chosen attributes. In this example, Yara Youssef is the student shown.
35. Click Close to exit the detailed Pipeline: Enrolled table view.
36. Click Clear to reset filters.
37. Navigate to the Tasks section. If there are more than three tasks due, admin can click the downward arrow to view additional tasks scheduled for that day.
38. To hide additional tasks, the admin can click the arrow again to collapse the list.
39. Click View to open task details page.
40. Review Conversion Rate metrics (e.g., enrolled vs. pipeline).
41. Click the Recruiters dropdown to display a list of available recruiters.
42. Select a recruiter (e.g.,Daisy Mae).
43. Click Apply Filters.
44. Click the Interested section of the pipeline visualization to view a table of students who match the applied filters.
45. This table displays information for interested students based on the selected date range and chosen recruiter. Use the table features shown earlier to navigate through the data.
46. Click Close to exit the detailed table view.
47. The chart shows a breakdown of how Daisy Mae's prospective student accounts were created. Click a creation source in the list on the right or the pie chart to view a table of students who meet the selected criteria.
48. In this example, Spreadsheet Upload is selected using the list to the right.
49. This table displays the list of prospects created via spreadsheet upload.
50. After reviewing the data, click Close.
51. We can see 11 notifications were sent out by Daisy during selected date range.
52. Click on the Engaged email interactions bar to view users who have interacted with the emails.
53. This table displays information for students who have interacted with emails based on the selected date range and chosen recruiter.
54. Select a specific record to view email interaction (e.g., Lauren Lopez).
55. Here admin can view Recent Email Responses options for that record.
56. After reviewing the data, click Close.
