How to Resolve Alerts at End of Semester
This step by step tutorial demonstrates how to resolve unresolved Alerts at the end of the semester. Resolving outstanding alerts at the end of the semester ensures accurate data for reporting, disaggregation and analysis.
To complete these steps, users must have one of the following roles: ConexED Administrator - Institution Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff - Front Desk Agent - Student Worker

12 STEPS
1. Navigate to alert and case management tab.
2. Click My Alerts
3. Locate a Unresolved Alert - Click Resolve
4. Click in the dialog box and Describe the action taken to resolve this issue.
5. Highlight and copy in order to paste while resolving other alerts.
6. Click Resolve
7. Select next Unresolved Alert and click Resolve
8. Paste the shared resolution in the dialog box.
9. Repeat as needed.
10. Navigate within the Alert & Case Management menu to Reports. The Early Alert Reports visuals can assist you in completing this process and provide data that can be disaggregated for reporting and analysis.
11. Select the report and click to Download or View.
12. That's it. You're done.
