8. Select the Group associated with the event from the drop down that populates.
9. Select a Reason Code for this event. This is used for filtering in the Group Scheduler. In addition, it ensures the reason code will show in the event details, similar to how reason codes show in the Appointment details.
10. Select a moderator from the drop down list to assign as event moderator. Please note, the moderators shown are affiliated with the group.
11. Select the Modality for this event.
12. Scroll down and click from the locations available. Please note, these locations that populate come from the group the event is associated with.
13. Enter the Title of the Event.
14. Click to add a Description if needed.
15. If this is a recurring Event, select this option.
16. The options will populate for you to make selections. Please note, recurrence time has a limit of 6 months when scheduling events.
17. Enter the starting and ending dates for the series.
18. If you so choose, you can invite specific people to the event, as opposed to creating an open event. You can enter names individually, or import a course roster.
19. If this event requires a registration form to gather information, select from those available in the drop down. Each group has 1 event registration form. However, individuals can create additional registration forms when needed to use for events.
20. Click Create Meeting to save.
21. That's it. You're done.
