How to Use Cohort Actions

This article applies to users assigned to a cohort with faculty/staff, group manager, department director, or ConexED Admin Roles.

The Cohort Actions tab allows you to assign actions to student cohorts.  These actions can involve drip campaign enrollment, attribute assignment, and cohort membership. 

Multiple actions can be assigned to each cohort.  The options will apply to students who are added to the cohort after the action has been assigned. 

Navigate to the CRM & Cohort Center tab, Cohort Admin Center tab, and locate the desired cohort within a cohort category.  Click Edit Cohort to open. The cohort tab opens on the Milestone tab, navigate to the right to locate and open the Actions tab. The image in figure 1 below shows the available actions.

Please note: Should you need to assign an action to a cohort that already has students and audience segment can be created and synced to the cohort to initiate the action to those pre-existing students.  Those that are subsequently added to the cohort will not need to be added to an audience segment, as the action will be applied.
