Prospective Student Details Page — Reference
Overview
The Prospective Student Details page is the recruiter-facing profile for a student while they're in the recruitment pipeline. This reference covers what's shown there, how it connects back to the regular Student Details page, and the fields recruiters use most.
At a Glance
- Quick access both ways between Student Details and Prospective Student Details for anyone who is both a student and a prospect
- Pipeline Stage History tracks every stage change, including when it happened and who made it
- SMS opt-in status is visible directly on the Prospective Student Details panel — no need to check the regular Student Details page
- Recruiter assignment fields are labeled consistently as Select Recruiter platform-wide
Navigating Between Student Details and Prospective Student Details
When a user is both a student and a prospect, the Student Details page shows a View Prospect Details link on the ConexED Card, so staff can move straight to the prospect's recruitment record without a separate search. This button sits alongside the Recruitment Status dropdown on the card, aligned with it.
Pipeline Stage History
The Prospective Student Details page includes a Pipeline Stage History section that tracks a prospect's movement through the recruitment pipeline over time — recording when each stage change happened and who made the update. This gives staff a clear, historical view of how a prospect's status has evolved, rather than only seeing their current stage.
SMS Opt-In Status
The student's SMS opt-in status is shown directly on the Prospective Student Details panel, so recruiters can see at a glance whether a prospect can receive text messages while reviewing their record — without needing to switch over to the regular Student Details page to check.
Recruiter Assignment Field Labels
Recruiter assignment fields across the platform are labeled Select Recruiter consistently. This corrected a prior inconsistency where some of these fields were mislabeled "Select Sender," a leftover from when the underlying field was built as a general lookup rather than a recruiter-specific one.
