      Search by Completed Milestone

      This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff

      Use Search Filters to effortlessly track and manage student Milestone progress in ConexED's CRM Messaging Center.

       

      Search by Completed Milestone

      1. Navigate to the CRM & Cohorts tab on the left side navigation bar
      2. From the Messaging Center dropdown, select Cohort Notifications
      3. Under the Search Filters section on the lefthand side of the CRM Messaging Center Page, select a Cohort Category, Cohort, and Milestone
      4. Under Milestone Status, select the "Complete" checkbox
      5. Click the "Search" button to return a list of students who have completed the selected Milestone
