What is a ConexED Admin?

A ConexED Admin is the highest role level in ConexED, granting users access to a wide range of advanced features and capabilities. An Admin, has complete control and oversight over the ConexED platform, allowing them to manage user accounts, customize settings, and configure the system to meet the specific needs of the institution.
With the power to assign roles and permissions, admins ensure that each user has the appropriate level of access and functionality. ConexED Admins play a crucial role in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of ConexED for your institution; empowering users to seamlessly connect, collaborate, and engage in meaningful interactions
The role of a ConexED Admin can only be assigned by another ConexED Admin. This ensures that only trusted individuals with the necessary knowledge and expertise are granted access to the advanced features and capabilities of the platform. By limiting the ability to add administrators to existing administrators, ConexED provides institutions with an additional layer of control and safeguards against unauthorized access of the system.
Administrative Access to the Admin Panel
As a ConexED Admin, you have the ability to personalize and optimize the user experience by customizing settings and managing user accounts through the Admin Panel. These powerful features allow for tailoring to meet the unique needs of users, campus service areas, and processes.
Appointment & Scheduling Solution Access
Admins have the ability to access and manage all Group calendars and scheduling settings directly from the Scheduling tab. This allows for effective oversight of the scheduling processes for your institution. ConexED Admins can:
- Access the Scheduling Control Center
- Manage Group Calendars
- Access the Student & Appointment Lookup
- Manage Group Check-in Kiosk functions
- View and manage Group Whiteboards and Documents
- View and edit Group Email Templates and Alert settings
- Manage Group Locations and Reason Codes
- Select login types, edit/preview informed consent statements
- Create and edit Group Forms
- View Group Level Reports
- Manage and configure Group settings, including Scheduling and Lobby settings
Virtual One-Stop Solution Access
Admins oversee and manage the virtual meeting spaces for all Groups. ConexED Admins can:
- Enter their Virtual Event Space
- Enter their Virtual Cafe
- Access and manage your Personal Lobby and the Virtual Lobby for all Groups
- Access and manage all Group Lobbies and Moderator Lounges
CRM & Cohort Solution Access
Admins have the ability to manage all Cohorts in the Institution. ConexED Admins can:
- Access the Cohort Admin Center
- Manage all Cohort Categories & Cohorts
- Create and manage Registration Forms for your institution
- Access CRM & Cohort Center reports
- Use the CRM Messaging Center to communicate with students in your assigned Cohorts
- Create and manage Drip Campaigns for your institution
