Join us as we discuss real-world examples of how ConexED colleges have created cohorts and milestones for retention. During this session, we will discuss how best to determine what makes a cohort, ways to set cohorts up, and milestone best practices.

We will be showcasing two different approaches to advising cohorts as our examples but will discuss how the same strategies could be applied to other retention-focused cohorts.
