The Recruitment Pipeline settings in the Admin Panel allow ConexED Admins to configure automation for managing prospective students and recruiter tasks. Changes made here apply to the entire institution and affect how prospective students and recruiter tasks are handled within the Recruitment Center. This article provides step-by-step guidance on customizing these settings to streamline your institution’s recruitment process.
Step 1: Access Recruitment Pipeline Settings from the Admin Panel
- Navigate to the Admin Panel by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner or your screen
- From the left-hand menu, select the Institutions tab
- Click the pencil icon next to your institution to open the Edit Institution popup
- Scroll to the bottom of the window to find the Recruitment Pipeline Settings section. This section includes options for automating recruitment tasks and setting follow-up reminders.
Step 2: Configure Recruitment Pipeline Automation Options
In this section, you'll find several automation options that let you tailor how prospective students are added to the pipeline and how recruiter tasks are managed:
- Automatically Create Recruitment Pipeline Entries for All Prospective Students:
- Set this option to "Yes" to automatically add new prospective students to the Recruitment Pipeline upon their account creation (via Audience Segment).
- If set to "No", prospective students will only be added after they submit a Registration Form with the proper recruitment-related settings enabled.
- Automatically Create a Follow-Up Recruitment Phone Call Task:
- Set this option to "Yes" to generate a phone call task for the recruiter assigned to a prospective student after they are added to the Recruitment Pipeline.
- Automatically Create a Follow-Up Recruitment Email Task:
- Set this option to "Yes" to automatically generate an email follow-up task for the recruiter assigned to the prospective student.
Step 3: Set Follow-Up Task Reminders
Below the automation options, you can define task reminders. These reminders ensure recruiters are prompted to complete follow-up actions on time:
- Email Task Reminder:
- Specify the number of days before the system sends a reminder about the email follow-up task.
- Default value: "0" (No reminders are sent).
- Phone Call Task Reminder:

- Enter the number of days before the system sends a reminder about the phone call task.
- Default value: "0" (No reminders are sent).
Step 4: Save Your Settings
After making the desired changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the popup to confirm and apply the configurations.
