This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager
Group Admins have the ability to customize the scheduling experience by managing the visibility of "Recommended Time Slots" in the Group Scheduler.
Default Setting (Never Configured or Turned Off): If your group has never configured this setting or has explicitly turned it off (unchecked the box), Students will see both recommended time slots and all available time slots as shown in the example below:
Disable Recommended Slots
- Navigate to your Group's Scheduling Settings page
- Enable the "Disable Recommended Time Slots" option by checking the corresponding box.
Once the "Disable Recommended Time Slots" setting has been enabled, students will only be able to see the available time slots when scheduling an appointment.
