How to Create a Zoom Meeting from the Group Calendar

This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff - Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agents and higher can easily create a Zoom meeting for Faculty/Staff members in their assigned Group(s) from the Group Calendar.

1. Under the Scheduling tab, select your Group

2. Select the Calendar tab from the top of the page

3. To create an appointment, simply click or click and drag within a Faculty/Staff member's Zoom Office Hour block, click "Appointment", and then select "Zoom Video Meeting" as the Location

It's important to note that the option to select "Zoom Video Meeting" as a location for the meeting will only be available if the Faculty/Staff member has already linked their Zoom account to ConexED.
