Effective email communication is essential for engaging and supporting students throughout their educational journey. By utilizing our Drip Campaign feature, schools can send targeted messages to a segment of students based on their academic interests, enrollment status, campus involvement, and more. Developing personalized Email Templates that are tailored to a student's individual needs and preferences is key to establishing meaningful connections and promoting student success.
Accessing the Email Template Builder
To create a new template, start by navigating to the Email Campaigns section within your CRM & Cohort Messaging Center:
Click on the Email Templates tab located at the top of your screen:
Here, you can easily manage your current Email Templates and create new ones. To start creating a new Email Template, simply click on the "Create Template" button.This action will take you to the "Create Email Template" page, allowing you to personalize and customize your email content.
Creating Your Template
When you access the Create Email Template Page, you will find fields where you can input the Subject and Body of your email message.
Customize your email content using the tools available in the toolbar. Let's take a closer look at some of the features that can help you personalize your email template for the recipient:
- Shortcodes: Use shortcodes to customize your email template for the recipient. You can choose to include the recipient's Name, Email, or Phone number to make the message more personalized and relevant to the individual.
- Forms: Include a link to an existing Registration Form, allowing students convenient access directly from their inbox.
- Meetings: Offer students your scheduling link to streamline the scheduling process and provide easy access for students.
- Milestones: Include links to specific milestones that students need to complete. Directly linking to these Milestones simplifies the navigation process for students and encourages timely completion.
The formatting tools provide a wide range of options for users to customize the appearance and layout of their email content. Users can easily apply different formatting styles, adjust fonts, align text, incorporate colors, and more to enhance the visual appeal of their documents or presentations. These tools offer flexibility and creativity in design, empowering users to tailor their content to specific preferences or branding requirements effortlessly.
Although our email templates are user-friendly and do not necessitate any HTML coding knowledge, you have the flexibility to edit the Source Code of your email template for a truly customized experience:
When you are happy with your email template, simply click the "Create Template" button located at the bottom of your screen to save your changes and successfully create your template. Once you have created your template, it will appear on the Email Templates page and ready for use in your Drip Campaigns.
