Create Event Registration Forms

How to Create an Event Registration Form for Myself

Unique event registration forms can be easily created for each event in ConexED. When using this method, only the person that created the registration form will have access to use it and assign it to an event.   

1 . Navigate to the Scheduling Tab on the left side navigation bar.

2. Click on Schedule and View Event Meetings.

There will be four tabs visible: My Event Appointments, Schedule Event Meeting, Event Registration Forms, and Events Report.

3. Click on Event Registration Forms.

4. Click the blue box Add Registration Form.

5. Add a form title, and then using the available fields, create a registration form.

How to Create an Event Registration Form for the Group

One unique event registration form can be easily created in ConexED and will be available for all users in the group to access and assign to an event. These can only be created by someone with a Group Manager role or higher and assigned to the designated group.   

1 . Navigate to the Scheduling Tab on the left side navigation bar.

2. Click on the name of your Department, then the name of your Group.

3. Click on the Forms tab.

4. Click the blue box Event Registration Form.

5. Add a form title, and then using the available fields, create a registration form.
