Document a Drop-In Meeting that Occurred in the Past

This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff - Front Desk Agent

In this article, you will learn how to document a drop-in meeting or phone call that was not previously scheduled and has already taken place.

 

Step 1. Navigate to the group calendar in which the interaction needs to be documented.

Step 2. Navigate to the day on the calendar in which the interaction needs to be added.

Step 3. Click on the time on the calendar in which the interaction needs to be added.

Step 4. Select "appointment" from the pop up box.

Step 5. Complete the fields (start time, end time, meeting type, location, reason code).

Step 6. Search for the students name in the "search for attendee" field.

Step 7. Add a meeting description (Optional)

Step 8. Click "Create Meeting".

 

Once the past interaction has been added to the calendar. Open the appointment details and enter the start and end time which indicates to the system that the interaction took place.
