How To Edit or Add a Question to a CRM Registration Form.
Our CRM Registration forms can be edited, but only by those who are attached to the form.
18 STEPS
1. Upon login into ConexED, navigate to CRM & Cohort Center, and click to expand the menu.
2. Select Registration Forms.
3. Click on Manage Forms.
4. Browse the list, and select the form you wish to edit. Click on Edit.
5. Navigate to the question you wish to edit, and click on the pencil icon to open.
6. Make needed changes. (In this example, an additional response option is being added to the Radio Group (multiple choice) question.

10. Please note: When using a question type with two columns, as pictured, copy the text into both fields. (This ensures that exported reports will reflect specific information, rather than option 1, or a blank, etc.). Click Save.
11. To make edits to other questions, navigate to them, click the pencil to expand the question, edit and click, then save.
12. Click on a question, to drag and drop.
13. You can reorder questions by using drag and drop.

15. In addition to drag and drop, should you wish to add a new question to the form, select the type from the list on the right. The question populates at the bottom. Upon completion, you can drag and drop to relocate it.

16. Always remember to scroll down and click Save.
17. To review your changes or additions, click Preview.
18. That's it. You're done.
