No Show Settings, Template, and Blocked Users

This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Director - Group Manager

Making data-driven decisions is only as good as the data. ConexED can track scheduled appointments that students did not keep as well as those appointments that were canceled and by whom. Having this kind of information allows faculty and staff to identify students who may have a pattern of missed or canceled appointments and reach out to them directly so that they don’t fall through the cracks.

Within each group there is an "Alerts" tab visible to the Group Manager assigned to the group, the Department Director assigned to the Department that the Group falls under, and any ConexED Administrator.

Within this tab, there are three optional fields:

(1) No Show Alert Settings: set parameters for blocking a student's ability to schedule an appointment if they have not shown up for a certain number of appointments within a specified period of time.

(2) No Show Alert Template: create an email that will automatically be sent out whenever a moderator checks the "no show" box within the appointment details.

(3) Users Blocked from Scheduling: displays a list of students that have been blocked
