Transfer a Student to a Lobby from a Cafe Meeting

This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff

Learn how to seamlessly transfer a student from a 1-on-1 Cafe Meeting with a student to a Lobby. 

Transfer Student to Lobby from Cafe Meeting 

1. From inside your personal Cafe meeting, click on the Users tab in the menu on the right hand side of your screen
2. Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the student's name
3. Select "Send to Lobby" 
4. Click on the name of the Lobby you would like to transfer the student to

Once the student is transferred, they will be automatically removed from the Cafe Meeting and appear as a new guest in the selected Lobby.
