Activate Proactive Alerts from a Cohort

This article applies to the following role permissions: ConexED Administrator - Institutional Administrator - Department Director - Group Manager - Faculty/Staff

Use the "Send Proactive Alert for All" feature to simplify the process of sending Proactive Alerts for large groups of students.

 

Send a Proactive Alert to Students within a Cohort

  1. Navigate to the My Students tab under CRM & Cohorts on the left side navigation bar.
  2. Use the Search Filters section to filter the list of your assigned students, or search for an individual student by Full Name or Email. Click "Search" to retrieve a filtered list of your assigned students.
  3. Click the "Send Proactive Alert for All" button to open the Proactive Alert popup.send proactive alert for all (my students)
  4. Select a Proactive Alert Form from the dropdown. Choose to add student as a recipient if desired. Finally click "Next" to proceed and complete the necessary Form.
  5. Fill in all the required and relevant information in the Form.
  6. Once you have reviewed the content and are satisfied with the information, click "Send Alert" to send the Proactive Alert to all selected students within the Cohort.
