For issues with connecting your webcam/audio, we recommend that you attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
- Update your Browser
- Clear browser Cache and Cookies
- Test internet speed (approx. 10MB+ is preferred)
- Verify settings for Site Permissions
- Restart computer
- Disable VPNs, Antivirus, or Adblockers
- Attempt the behavior again on another Browser
- Disconnect, and reconnect your webcam and microphone
- Check computer permissions for allowed access to webcam/microphone/screen recording
- Attempt the same actions on another device
