Video Issues

This article applies to all ConexED Users and Role Permissions

For issues with connecting your webcam/audio, we recommend that you attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Update your Browser
  2. Clear browser Cache and Cookies
  3. Test internet speed (approx. 10MB+ is preferred) 
  4. Verify settings for Site Permissions
  5. Restart computer
  6. Disable VPNs, Antivirus, or Adblockers
  7. Attempt the behavior again on another Browser
  8. Disconnect, and reconnect your webcam and microphone
  9. Check computer permissions for allowed access to webcam/microphone/screen recording
  10. Attempt the same actions on another device
